Hello, I'm Carlos Gutierrez, the Broker Manager at PCS Partners Military Real Estate. With a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration, I have dedicated the last six years to the real estate industry. Prior to my career in real estate, I proudly served my community for 15 years as a Law Enforcement Officer with the El Paso County Sheriff's Office. My time in law enforcement allowed me to foster strong relationships within the community, particularly through initiatives such as "Coffee with a Cop," which aimed to bridge the gap between law enforcement and the public.

In my current role as a Realtor, my mission is to assist families in our community, especially military families, in purchasing their homes. I am passionate about guiding military families through the process of utilizing their VA benefits to buy their first home, ensuring they achieve their American dream. Having been a resident of Colorado Springs for over 20 years, I am deeply committed to serving this community.

Throughout my real estate career, which has been entirely with PCS Partners Military Real Estate, I have had the privilege of working with both military families and first responders. I take great pride in helping the Hispanic community recognize the opportunities available to them for homeownership. Many have been renting for years, unaware that they qualify for loans and can achieve the dream of owning a home.

What I enjoy most about my job is the moment when I hand the keys to a new home to families who once believed it was an impossible dream. There is no greater satisfaction than knowing I have played a part in helping them achieve their goals and build a better future.
